Monthly Wine Dinner

Each month Johnny Carino’s hosts a specialty, 4-course Wine Dinner. Our culinary staff creates a unique menu each month, featuring 4-courses not normally featured on our table menu. Each course is then paired with a complementary wine.

Whether you are already a wine lover, just starting out, or looking to try something new, this is a great night out for all involved!

Meet our
General Manager

General Manager, Chaz Bayer

Chaz began his career in the restaurant industry over 30 years ago in Toledo, Ohio. Shortly after, he moved to Michigan, where he has been ever since. Whether he was hosting, washing dishes, bussing tables, serving as an executive chef, or managing, there is no job within a restaurant he has not had! In 2013, Chaz joined our Johnny Carino’s family, serving as the General Manager in Brighton. When not at work, he loves to spend time outdoors and with his extensive family (4 daughters, 2 sons-in-law, and 2 wonderful grandchildren). He says, “If you can fit in it on the grill, he will cook it!”
